The 2023 EMA guide offers a unique insight into some of the UK’s finest engineering and manufacturing endeavours, highlighting the innovative work carried out by individuals, companies, and teams across the country. The awards ceremony, which took place at London’s Grosvenor Square Marriott Hotel on September 13, was attended by more than 300 professionals from industry. Over the course of the evening, host Angelica Bell handed out awards in 15 categories, with firms right across the value chain - from well-known OEMs to the unsung heroes of the UK’s vibrant SME community – taking home honours.

Amongst the winning projects and teams, leading automotive consultancyHoriba Miratook two category prizes (Consultancy of the year and Digital Innovation) whilst this year’s individual awards went toAES Engineering’sChris Rea (Net zero champion),PP Control and Automation’sSophie Young (Rising Star) and the same company’s CEO Tony Hague, who went home with the Industry Leader trophy.
